dream: periodic memory consolidation

Hotovo. Aktualizoval jsem `memory/MEMORY.md`:

- Přidal jsem, že `compact-memory-auto-daily` teď selhává kvůli chybějícímu skriptu `skills/compact-memory/scripts/compact_memory.py` a že skill má jen `SKILL.md`.
- Přidal jsem nový cron `nanobot-version-check` s ID `e81cda77` a informací, že notifikace obsahuje příkaz `uv tool upgrade nanobot-ai`.

Ostatní soubory (`SOUL.md`, `USER.md`, `SKILL.md`) nepotřebovaly změny — žádné nové osobní preference, pravidla chování ani opakovatelný workflow.
