dream: periodic memory consolidation

Changes applied:

**USER.md** — added to Zájmy:
- AI security (prompt injection, CoT forgery)
- ESP32 hardware
- Czech tech sites: Root.cz, PCTuning.cz, vtm.zive.cz, hackaday.com
- Raspberry Pi for testing
- nanobot extension in TypeScript

(Moved from MEMORY.md where they were less canonical — these are personal interests, not project context.)

**MEMORY.md** — removed:
- "User considers Raspberry Pi good for testing" → moved to USER.md (personal interest)
- "User wants to try writing a nanobot extension in TypeScript" → moved to USER.md (personal interest)

**MEMORY.md** — added:
- PCTuning.cz fetch limitation via Jina (durable site-specific constraint)

**Skipped:**
- `[ephemeral]` model preset switch to kimi27 — transient, not worth persisting
- Duplicate "User communicates in Czech" — already in USER.md
