dream: periodic memory consolidation
Updated `memory/MEMORY.md` to expand the `nanobot-version-check` cron job entry with the durable facts from the conversation history (PyPI check, version comparison, conditional Telegram notification, upgrade command). No changes needed to `SOUL.md`, `USER.md`, or skill files.
